I am stuck here. I have a property I’ve had for a number of years. I rent it for good cash flow, have around 200k in equity, and a 2.75% mortgage rate. Don’t live in the state anymore, and I always thought I’d keep this for 40+ years… but now I don’t know if they cut the gov like they’re saying.

Trump walks in and says something and you can’t hear it.
I couldn’t shake how odd it felt to me after hearing the emphasis on the mic’s at the podium having mute buttons. Probably nothing just thought it was interesting
I have recently found out my close friend got vaccinated. It just never came up in discussion. From what I understand, the moderna and Pfizer gene therapies are different from the AZ and J&J vaccines. I never hear the two categories distinguished from eachother. Are there different protocols or worries he should have if he took the J&J?

In my experience, if you have the money in your account you can get a cashier check same day
I walked into a store to buy some dip and coffee like a good ole American citizen and and a kid was harassing his mom for not wearing a mask. She looked up at me and goes “see he’s not wearing one either” and the kid looked at me and I said “ya fuck those things”.

Is a great metaphor for evil losing power. It is almost novel worthy that the last standing obstacle, the last desperate power grab of the deep state, is an old, decrepit man lunging for the most powerful position in the world.
A patriot must write a book about this when it is all said and done...
