Looking for a article Someone posted in the last few days regarding I think it was Italy(?) high vaccination rates yet covid is continuing to spread.

Someone posted here a few days ago regarding covid still seeing high rates in some other country despite the high vaccination rates. Sorry for posting on the Q board but this is where I saw it.
