They are the only two letters remaining on the N. side of the Hooters sign on 2nd Ave. There would be an owl right there... Seems out of place that all but those letters would be blown off the sign.
BUT. The past few days this place is starting to look more like TD.win. All of the usual alarmist stuff, more and more doomer horseshit.
