This reeks of Millie Weaver shadowgate all over again. The drop seems legit, yet her source was very anti-trump. She had very little data in her documentary, literally all of it was "whistleblower" testimony which reeks of glowie. I don't doubt the info was real, but just spoon fed to her by glowies to control the narrative better.

From what I've gathered from all the frens here, "Ryan White" is apparently an alias for whoever the real whistleblower is. This means the "who is Ryan White" question is moot, but could be furthered explored via the question: "Who could Ryan White be?". Thats a fun question to address, but idk how far we can get without more clues. It's likely that "Ryan White" is in witness protection. RW has to either be close to the top to have this info, or have access to it via NSA credentials or something.

Let's break this down. I don't think this has been properly analyzed since post 1/20.
Beforehand, this phrase was commonly interpreted that that POTUS (Trump) would be on the "AF1 plane" (one of the two VC-25As) or possibly "Nightwatch" (E-4, maybe E-6 as well) in reference to Q drop #35. Lots of planefagging was done on these planes from 1/6 - 1/20.
With "President" Biden in "office", I doubt that Trump/military would get away with using either VC-25A (or equivalent). To do so would be beyond explanation and the media/enemy would go nuts. Trump can't go back to using a VC-25A (or B) until he is restored to his proper office.
However, as we all know, Trump is the real President. Let's not get sidetracked into all the side arguments regarding that statement, but focus on that Trump is the rightful President and will be sitting in the White House when everything is said and done. Therefor, whatever plane he is on is AF1. It could be a rinky dinky (golden) Cessna for all that matters.
TL;DR: Q is saying here that when everything goes down with the eventual public military takeover, trump will be on a plane "somewhere". Abroad hints somewhere outside of the Continental US, and maybe outside US territories.
The importance of this statement is that no one will know where? Trump is, and no one will know which? plane he is on.

What is the role of George...? Declass? Hopium? Coms?
Sure, maybe. Lets look at these three possibilities, shall we?
1. Declass. I'm not talking about larp telegram account (ermagerd breaking news new declass drops!!11!!11) "declass." Hard data, unique evidence, earthshattering proof, real breaking news. Snowden or Assange level declass (yes I know, snowden bad). Nothing of this magnitude has yet to come from George (as far as we know). Could it happen? Sure, maybe, if Q so chooses and/or has planned. More on this later.
2. Hopium We are digital soldiers recruited by Q. We should all know that WE ARE AT WAR with the deepstate. Our work is valuable. One key element necessary for maintaining an army in wartime is MORALE. Many of us feel like we're in valley forge. We are starved of any fresh Q drops. We are eating the leather scraps of Q drops past. Hard to chew, not very nutritious. One valuable aspect of George I've noticed is healthy amounts of hopium. Nothing George has posted or hinted at (george pins showing up on maps) has screamed "ITS HAPPENING!!!!" No crying wolf from george. Doses of hopium, in hits light enough to tantalize us, but not strong enough to knock us on our feet. Keeps us on the lookout for future george posts and chats. Very, very smart of "george"
3. Coms Don't confuse this with hopium. Coms may be a delivery method of injecting hopium into the Q army, but that is not the only purpose of coms. Coms can also provide instructions. We are an army, are we not? Armies need orders else they fade away. Subtle directions and hints of "look here, look there" are very Q-esque. They direct our energy. Interestingly enough, my observation has been that attention on george does not draw us away from Q, but rather in a way seemingly helps us to focus more on Q. The JFK Jr. connection is obviously present, as well as theories surrounding him, and his close relationships with the Trumps. Info george drops or points towards never seems to be a distracting goose chase.
Edit: Also, don't confuse this with Q coms. The phrase "no outside coms" does not mean we should not listen to anyone but Q. It means we should not listen to "Q coms" outside of established channels (most recently 8kun) as they are fake. Q will only speak to us as "Q" via the established channel. Applying the phrase "no outside coms" to ignore all insiders but Q is a retarded logical fallacy which requires us to ignore Powell, Lin Wood, Flynn, JFK Jr, Scavino, Pompeo, military twitter accounts, etc. Correct application of the phrase "no outside coms" would be ignoring the sham alien breeder, who claimed to "talk on the phone with Q for 90 minutes"; This is an obvious violation of outside coms.
Declass, Hopium, and Coms all seem like they are parts of the George enigma, but my theory (just throwing this out there!) on the purpose of George is more big picture. A successful future in a transition of power from cabal to patriots needs a few things:
A) Trusted, patriot controlled media outlet/platform (could georgenews=trumpnews? Military future counter-news-op compared to cia-mockingbird-ops cnn etc?) to truthfully report declass and control narrative. All MSM is corrupt. Truth needs a clean mouthpiece. We cannot rely on MSM machines to report declass. Also serves as a wildcard entrance for the hotly-debated return of JFK Jr (is he dead? So many theories... I'm merely including this point here just in case it could come true... one possibility is that George will be the fulfillment of JFK Jr's vow to avenge his father)
B) Clean wrap-up to the Q initiative (I feel we are already in the latter stages here... Q team reveal? "You would not believe who is talking to you here?"). Do we need cryptic back-channel Q drops when patriots publicly take full control? Open ended question here.
C) Documentary evidence of the Q plan journey. People want to follow the drama. Trump is a showman and presenter. I cannot imagine a world without behind-the-scenes media (footage, photos) of the plan unfolding in real time being released afterwards. The NK george photos being analyzed recently fit here nicely. Who is documenting all of this? It has to be an insider! Could George be a military news op documenting true behind-the-scenes, following Trump & key players around, recording history for posterity? This is the stuff which will fill our history books! 1776 Commission? This is like a drama spy epic film rolled into one (what if... the 3 movies "now playing" could be literal movies we watch in theaters? Crazy idea, i know).
FINALIZED THEORY: GEORGEnews is a military/trump news operation documenting the events during the unfolding of the plan which will be later released to the public. I do not think GEORGE is some tiny operation. I think that our current interactions with George serve as a precursor to help prepare us for the future role George will play.
