Quite surprised to hear that!

I may have a genetic disease and I was in his office today discussing testing. He looked at me and said,”You didn’t get the vax did you?” And I think he was crossing his fingers that I didn’t.

“Absolutely not,” I answered. And he said he was glad. He thinks I would have had problems with it, noting that he’s seeing so many injured people with the vax. He’s not a fan, he’s concerned about his patients and he doesn’t mind telling you about where he stands.

Progress people!

They were married two years ago and they wanted their own place. The American dream and all. They’re in Florida. It is so ridiculously crazy to buy a house there right now. The average Florida house is a small ranch with very few interesting architectural elements. Mostly outdated boxes of cheap construction. Hideous, even.

$450,000 for a tiny home in a not so great neighborhood in a rather unattractive town next to a train track. They’d been renting in an upscale town but couldn’t afford a home there.

We went to visit yesterday and they were thrilled—and we’re happy for them. But holy crap. I know that place isn’t really worth more than $189,000 and that’s being generous.

Five years ago they would have been in a fine home for that kind of money.

I’m so sad for our young people. They went through hell to get that house—harassed by underwriters, lots of wheeling and dealing—multiple offers from others—

What the hell has happened to our world.

Next up—-the cabal will make utilities so expensive, people won’t be able to afford their homes any longer. Just watch. That’s next.

Just wondering where most everyone is on their management of survival supplies. I’m in the basement today trying to organize. I’ve got canned goods from 2020. Would you toss? How about 2021? I did have a can of 2021 beans that I ate recently just to see and they were okay. We have a small condo in Florida that we’re leaving for in October from another small house we own in WNY. Where would you rather be if the SHTF? Feeling confused about just about everything. Where are your heads at lately about survival, what to save, where to live?
