Karens can require a lot of assistance at their job because they are sociopaths, full of themselves. They obfuscate their lack and boost up their appearance of competency. I had a boss like that. All I did was back off helping them to dig themselves out of a hole in a nice way. Sit back and watch them expose their lack and have to take responsibility. Simple really. This person was sacked.
