Took a deep dive into the LoW manual from the USDoD. Found some fun stuff.

So first of all, 55 keeps on showing up, so I looked at some numbers relating to it, as well as our beloved 17.

5.5: Any enemy military asset can be made the target of an attack in the pretext of war. 5.11: An attack on the enemy must not harm the individuals that are civilian or otherwise protected. 11.5: States that it is the duty of the occupying power to ensure stability. 17: Discusses matters regarding conflicts between non-state entities, or between a state and a nonstate entities. 17.7.1 (Think mirror): Forbids attacks on installations that could release dangerous forces, such as nuclear, mass-flood, or other high energy reactors. The United States has objected to this as in 5.5, but insomuch remains in compliance with 5.11. 17.17: Any person can be detained in relation to a situation such as described in 17. However, they must be treated humanely, and the reasons for detention are based entirely on the state's domestic laws.

Recap: States are allowed to attack any enemy military asset in the pretext that it does not harm civilians, including in the case of a side effect of the attack. These rules extend to internal conflicts as well. Any person that has a relation to an internal conflict can be detained.

Finds hollow earth theory, the true goal of humanity, the creation story, the good and bad... Starts to apply the things me reads. Life starts to improve. Discovers the truth of consciousness, of morality, of infinity, and of energy. Does research and crossreferences, finding credibility in what me reads. Begins to be happy and good for the first time in 4 years. Decides to share on a place that is to be a marketplace of free thought. (GAW) AND NOW... I am not a shill. I watch from the shadows, aware that my unpopular opinions and belief in "conspiracy theories" would gain me few frens, many enemies, and much confusion.
