Keep an eye on the food: Went to my local Food Bank, a couple of days ago, (Central California), to give a couple of boxes of food. 3 Air Force military personnel met me at the fenced gate. They took the boxes and were friendly....I later wondered what they did with the food boxes? I visited this same food bank in 1993. It was open and they welcomed volunteers to come in and help. I asked how long they had been there, they replied, "One year". The media told a different story last year. The media said that the "California National Guard would be a nice welcome to the local Food Bank.
