When is it time to leave your country?

I'm from Canada, my family and I are considering leaving the country for Good. it is no longer free. unfortunatly immigrating to the USA will be very difficult. Has anyone in recent years done this? Dooming pretty hard right now and just need hope.

Who else is watching the Joint address and is waiting for the EBS to come on?
