Do people from other countries still visit China? Yes, millions

Do Chinese citizens move about the country? Yes, In Oct 2020 500 million people travelled about the country for their holidays

Do the Chinese have the resources to combat a pandemic? China allocated 10 Billion dollars to fight Covid. The US spent TRILLIONS.

Can any government contain a true pandemic? No dummy, it's not possible unless the source and every infected person is contained early.

What can make this make any sense? I'm not sure I want to know.
