Guys, maybe it's just me, and I'm not looking deep enough into it, but the phone screen is literally saying Presidential Alert. Maybe instead of getting an alert on our actual phones, this pic is a signal of sorts to that effect. Maybe it's a a sign that FEMA has the "signal" like they've been green lit? Idk just what strikes me
