Of course it couldn't be that easy I found another property with a Sheetz close by and closer to the airport.
You will see a Dan Coat's listed as another contributor to JLL but don't worry I checked and it isn't traitor Dan Coat's that we know as the fucking R that tried to blow out of proportion a perfectly fine phone call. Trust me that name caught me by surprise.
MATAN INC is involved with JLL specifically the first property mentioned but I didn't find much on these guys other than what is listed on their website.
However, the recent transaction that caught me by surprise was one John Dettleff did with Iron Mountain. "Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM) is a global business dedicated to storing, protecting and managing, information and assets."
William Meaney is the President & CEO of Iron Mountain and began his career as a CIA operations officer. It even says so right there in his bio.
