When trump was talking about the fraud it looked like he drew an "air Q" with his finger.

A little later he draws a circle with his hands where each hand formed half of the circle and then moved his right hand 45° down to the right, forming a Q.

Around the middle of the speech it seemed like he morsed out Q --.- when talking about the american flag but it seemed like kind of a stretch to me.
