Got news for all you folks out there. ALL the mass shooters since at least Obama's time have been vetted and trained by either or both the CIA and FBI. All of them.

Dunno if this thread story is real, but VADM Hannink is real. He is the Judge Advocate General for the US Navy currently. So how do we crosscheck this?
