MissingMoney.com lists unclaimed properties stored at state treasuries.
After doing some searching for Robert Peters, I found that this guy has
- A minimum of $30,000 in unclaimed CASH (entries list as "OVER $100" for example). These amounts could exponentiate the total value far beyond $30k
- 124 UNDISCLOSED amounts
- 8 entries of unclaimed "SHARES"
- 1 "TANGIBLE ITEM" which is uncommon for a state treasury to retain.
- The search results were limited to 999 entries. I suspect there are more in the database.
- MissingMoney only aggregates data from some states, not all states.
If you know a Robert Peters, please let him know he has a fuck ton of cash scattered in state treasuries across the United States.
