In the past there has been links to blank Vaccine Cards that could be filled in. Does anybody have access to this? I am in dire need! Thank you!

I have taken a few days off from keeping up with the news. I think it is important to just reset every once and a while to keep perspective and remain grounded. I am seeing fellow Frens talking about Evergreen. Would someone be kind enough to briefly recap the "Evergreen" situation or perhaps link me to a previous post regarding the matter.
