There is over 1600 pages of appendices that substantiate everything that is in the document. It may sound outlandish, but evidence backs it up. What they do with it is up to them, but if they throw out evidence that substantiates treason in two countries that is on them. It is treason of itself to not hear a case that has evidence of treason.
