not sure, it's in the Western district in Texas right now and it's a class action Civil Rights suit. This isn't about fraud or even Trump himself. Class action lawsuits rarely get thrown out of court.
I'm in a WebEx right now with the organization. It's getting planned right now. They will rent at least 1 bus and leave Dallas (where they're based) on the 5th and have the rally on the 8th. I will continue updating everybody as more info comes out.
