In a nut shell. Atlpha Warrior, a highly decorated marine combat veteran, with years in law enforcement was raided by FBI Jan 15 2021 using Jan 6 as an excuse for probable cause along with California RedFlag Law. Thing is he wasn't even in DC on Jan 6. Using a BS excuse based on tweets, and what they thought he might do, or might be capable of based on his past military/law experiences, they lied to a judge to get a warrant, trashed his house, put his family through hell and eventually put him in confinement without due cause based on lies and a "clerical error". In his job, Alpha had run these types of operations so he knew exactly what should have been done and what wasn't properly done. He still has an open case. This is exactly what they are trying to do now with national red flag laws. If it gets passed, everyone with a gun can be treated this way simply based on how an anonymous someone feels you might behave.
