There is no constitutional reading on if a Sitting president can be indicted. So far it’s up to the DOJ. This was a question when Barr was being sworn in. So it seems like it’s possible. Though an absolute mess. Maybe that’s why indicting a sitting president was such a big question not too long ago. Also might be why Barr is no longer the AG.
If the president elect is indicted before being sworn in, it seems that he can still be sworn in, unless congress decides not to certify the election. So I guess technically, both options are capable.
Agreed. I wish this got handled already. But just looking at what we know.
Trump gives everyone the chance to do the right thing. And following the constitution is priority number 1.
While certifying the stolen vote could be considered fraud, in the eyes of the law, the crime isn’t committed until Biden/Harris actually take office as that was the needed outcome of the fraud.
Media says NG is on the ground for riots. Q says they are deployed “under the guise of riots”. If they aren’t there to protect the capital from riots. And DC is completely fenced in. With barbed wire and checkpoints. What other options are there?
Thinking deeper. Trump leaves the military in charge as he leaves office, Insurrection act. Biden is sworn in as POTUS. Trump is a civilian... Has no power or authority. Military follows their constitutional oath to protect the US from all enemy’s foreign and domestic. Arrests the President of the US on live TV for treason. Not at the order of Civilian trump. First indictment verified.
DC isn’t being fenced in to keep rioters out. It’s to keep the swamp who is already under arrest (last week and this week) in until Biden goes down.
The last few days I keep hearing how things are going to go right up to inauguration. And for some reason I keep replaying Trumps 2017 inauguration in my head. And that the first indictment will trigger mass awakening.
Inauguration of Biden will be broadcasted worldwide. What would be more fitting then to have the same military walk down the steps behind Biden. Place him under arrest and walk away on live TV. Can’t think of an event that could trigger a world wide awakening more then that.
I have faith In things playing out as they need to. And that the good guys will win. I have however lost A LOT of faith in trump “supporters” and people on here. And the on again, off again support, for Trump, Q, The Plan, etc. For what reason do any of us think we can dictate when and how things happen. And expect things to happen exactly as planned without any need for change due to situations that may arise. “If it doesn’t happen today I’m done” was everywhere the last few days. Who are we to put a timeline on things. At the very least. We’ve been show massive election fraud. Massive corruption. And very sick shit, for 50+ years, but it’s ok. Some keyboard hero can demand it to happen at the inauguration, because he’s awake and tired of waiting, with no thought to repercussions of what would happen in the US if the people asleep, or on the left would do if their was a mass “overthrow” of the government they want or think is real on “live”TV. Q was designed to wake people up. To harden people to what is really going on in this world, and for us to help those a little slower in waking up through it. PERIOD. So do your job. Harden the fuck up and if and when it’s our time, step the fuck up. The crybabies are on the left, breaking windows and torching shit. Not Here!
