My girlfriend got really sick with a cold or something a couple of years ago. This sounds really odd, and I was skeptical at first, but I read somewhere about the anti-viral properties in raw garlic so we actually taped slivers of garlic cloves to the bottom of her feet; she woke up 100% better. We were shocked. The bottom of your feet provide maximum absorption quickest into your body. I would highly highly recommend next you get a cold/flu. Your room will get a bit smelly though FYI !!
