One silver lining in this big judgement against Trump is that Judge Engoron has reversed himself on a big issue. the revoking of the Trump org business certificates is no longer happening now.

The Judge is installing an Independent Director of Compliance at the Trump Organization, the ruling says with this and the Independent Monitor, the cancellation of business certificates is no longer needed.

However this monitor and director can decide to dissolve the company if it's required. That would be like a bankruptcy.

But for now, the delifinite dissolution of the company is not happening.
