I read a post last night that mentioned a website that helps format FOIA requests…and I can’t find it now. Help, please?

In case you're feeling frustrated by a lack of movement...this is from the woman I worked on a letter sent to every single politician/clerk/treasurer in our county after they voted to purchase NEW Dominion voting machines with:

Hi, Carol - You know how we sent out that letter about the Dominion voting machines and got almost no response from anyone? I was just really thinking yesterday that since then, both the Dunn County elections clerk and treasurer resigned to take worse-paying jobs in other communities. I didn't think it would be possible to get the county clerk removed and I don't know what role we played in that but it is quite interesting.

Any good sources on the real story? I'll admit I don't know much about it, and I'm defending my President to a millennial- do I have any defense on this one?
