Anyone still shooting that hopium?

Obviously Biden isn’t in charge and the military is running things based on the act of 1871 and Trump is coming back but why did the military decide to cancel the Keystone pipeline? Those people lost their jobs, doesn’t seem like Trump would have wanted that, maybe he’ll reverse it?
