My doctor keeps asking if I want the shingles vax since I had chickenpox as a child, but I'm naturally hesitant about it. Anyone have any info regarding side effects? My brother got the clot shot and then the shingles vax, and then he got shingles on his face, so not sure which vax did it. Could've been both I suppose. Anyway, I have NOT gotten the clot shot, but I am curious about the efficacy of the shingles vax.
