At first I was disappointed in JD Vance being picked for VP. There were more exciting and interesting options. But, we are in the middle of a Great Awakening and during this time we are seeing many, many people who didn't vote for Trump in 2016 or 2020 are changing their minds in 2024. Up until recently, these people were vocal critics of Trump and weren't realizing they were simply parroting the talking points cabal media has been pushing since Trump jumped into this arena.

The theory on the pick is to select someone who has a long history of being anti-Trump and who only up to recently has changed their mind. This Vice President pick is someone all the new members of the Great Awakening can relate to. Democrats were quick to pull out all JD Vance criticisms of Trump in the past, let them, JD will address them and explain why his views of Trump has changed. JD Vance's words will resonate greatly with the newest block of first time Trump voters.

I believe this was the reason behind JD Vance being picked. Thoughts?
