I mean your not wrong. Can't believe we weren't questioning Gene therapy back when polio happened. (Before my time)
But covid really did open up my eyes to question everything.
For people dealing with covid vaccines, I-RECOVERY protocol from FLCCC (the group of medical doctors that did a press release in the midst of covid and got censored. Believe Dr. Simon Gold was even jailed?)

I don't think you can cure the allergy. You can either:
I was highly allergic to cats, dogs, and birds. Was a carpet cleaner for 16 years and built up a natural immunity overtime from client's pets.
However, food allergies are probably a lot more life threatening than inflammation in the bronchial tubes. I used albuterol a lot in my early childhood. Might be a good investment for you to have as well. Especially when a nebulizer ± albuterol actually helps with covid as a repistatory infection. (It clears out muscus and is an anti-inflammatory; that gets your oxygen levels higher if they start to drop below 90%). Even if you don't have albuterol, a nebulizer with filter water will create the high humidity environment to get dried lungs moist again like the old hot shower trick our parents did to us)
Anyways, One question I would raise is to see if your kiddo is actually allergic with the pin test. We were told our son was allergic to eggs due to the welt size on his skin. However, we took a picture and then did some research. Found out the mm size was actually very low allergic.
He is 10 months now and slowly introducing egg into his purees. We don't want to live in fear but my beliefs is if you keep people away from (x), it becomes a harder for them to build up an immunity. That's just my opinion.
I'll pray for the best on your kiddos. Your doing the best you can with the information you had.
