They want everyone to hear what they play and yet it never gives any sort of positive message or feeling, it is never therapeutic or helpful to the public, it is always the opposite of that. It is not music, just repetitive chanting coming from their apartments, cars, phones, bluetooth speakers, etc.

Clearly they perceive it as nonsensical "noise" and do not actually enjoy it but they derive some sort of sick pleasure from constantly broadcasting noise for everyone else to hear. It is very intentional as if they are on a mission to turn everyone around them into a drone (like them). This oppressive, viral phenomenon is not about providing pleasant sounds for human beings to enjoy, rather it is only about intentionally disrupting the peace and quiet. I'm starting to think noise-cancelling headphones are just hi-tech tinfoil hats. Jesus Christ.
