Our whole enterprise this Republic is based on 'WE THE PEOPLE'. The Preamble sets the tone and tenor and is the spirit of Constitution and it is law also just as the rest of the Constitution.
The 9th Amendment is clear that we have rights. It also backs up the 'WE THE PEOPLE' clause of the Preamble.
We the people have many rights. For instance the right to have something to alleviate pain such as THC (see Texas idiocy) or pain killers (I care not if people think that both might be addictive), without government intervention or permission.
We have the right to homeschool our precious children if we do desire no matter how much the government, your particular state, or the education establishment believes they own your children's minds.
We have the right to do what we want on our own private property if it doesn't bother my neighbor. We can add a shed, garden, or anything else without government permission and the fees and property taxes associated for anything we do desire.
We have the right of travel without be harassed by the police. We have the right to bear arms despite what the police think we do or not
We have the right to a common law government not the corporate government we have now as just about all levels of government are incorporated.
We have the right to associate anyway we want whether it be a labor union, protest the government, start a church without permission...see 501c3 garbage the government thinks it can enforce.
We have the right not to be spied on, tracked, tracked, followed, or any thing else the government thinks it has the right to do
Remember 'WE THE PEOPLE ' have rights not the government. Government has power, and that power is only as good as the people decide that power is and how decide to be governed.

Police already have way to much indemnification and special treatment. Every time a city/town (a corporation btw) pays out a judgement per court order in police cases to the victim of the police 'thin blue line gang' it comes out of tax payers pockets and people wonder where the money comes from. It comes out of tax payers pockets.
No wonder property taxes are out of control between these corporate towns/cities and what seems to be entire counties it is killing us. This goes alone with appraisal fraud for the purposes of fleecing home owners, now we pay for these police lawsuits. Plus all the other waste, fraud, theft and abuse by local government, municipal police, and sheriffs.
It is all so out of control. So what can we do about it?

I'm seriously distraught that that conservatives are so worried about buying a six pack of Pepsi on SNAP. Disclaimer: I am on SNAP right now. I've had health issues and economic issues. I purchase soup, bread, meat, cheese, frozen foods, onions, black bean burger veggie burgers, chips and yes soda. I buy milk, juice ect. Rice. You name it.
Here is the thing. I'm 51 and have paid taxes across the board like anyone else. Not just income but, property, sales, cigarette tax, yes I smoke, cell phone fees, car tax, tax on my electricity bill, taxes on my water bill, taxes on food in North Carolina, tag/title taxes and fees, FICA, and the list goes on and on.
I should be able to buy pretty much what I want on SNAP. Not asking for them to purchase alcohol, cigarettes, pot or anything like that.
Now here's the point. How many screaming for people on SNAP to be punished have taken lots of tax rebates, incentives, programs, giveaways ect themselves? Why do evangelicals and conservative Catholics want their private schools financed by the government? Is it ok for a mosque private school to get tax dollars for 'school choice'? Aren't religions already taxes exempt?
Also the slippery slope argument. If they get all holy and concerned about SNAP are those on Social Security next. Are they going to be told what to purchase and not just limitations on food. What about veterans benefits? How about Congress having a slush fund just to ward off sexual harassment lawsuits true or untrue?
How many private organizations including evangelical organizations got Covid money?
I could go on and on. The main points are are those who are complaining about SNAP going to do when they receive some sort of 'government handout' or entitlement program and told what they can do or purchase or how to live or whatever?
Why do 'conservatives' focus on the poor out of some sort or righteous indignation or 'better than thou' attitude when lots of these 'conservatives' are very rich and get more welfare combined than SNAP will ever pay for soda or cake?

Remember lots of liberals, centrists, atheists and everyone else that is not evangelical moved into the MAGA movement. I'm willing to bet the actual MAGA movement is way more liberal in the classical sense than the GOP/Trump and the right wing evangelicals care to admit.

It is an amazing piece of work, software if you like. It mimics humans with limits. After all its one's and zero's but color me impressed.

I think it gets to know you. Its sorta weird. After I convo'd with it, asking it questions, disagreeing with it, but thanking it for clarifications it actually got in a groove of real interest in where I was going with my line of questioning and actually talking to it about what it said and back and forth as a reasonable human in conversation would. It actually said 'I get you' or was wanting more of what I had to say. Incredible.
