IIRC Trump was leaving a court house a few weeks ago and said something to the effect, "We're going to win, but first we need to give back to the American people." It was reminiscent of the famous speech he gave years ago when on-stage with Marines in regalia.

If anyone is familiar with the GME/BBBY/IEP, etc. play, it looks like this thread in the storyline is coming to a head and I think the video could be related.
