You can be certain that heavy investments in drone-based image recognition have been made by the feds, especially after J6. These platforms can be deployed anywhere and are silent and invisible from the ground. They can also penetrate makeup, masks, and face coverings. Don't think you're safe because you've wrapped a scarf around your face. Your thermal or UV emissions will penetrate these materials.
