what makes sense is: declass till inauguration, see if they have the balls to go through with it knowing they are caught. arrest if they complete

the declass should wake up enough to cause mass outrage by the 20th. they will have to walk the parade route in front of everyone knowing what they did. and knowing 25k troops are waiting for them if they seal the deal. trump is DARING them to go through with it.
