It was a meeting held in AZ showing some new technologies in ballot identification. This particular image is relating to UV sub-eye detection print frequency and the use of UV to reveal- think writs tramp stamp when clubbing (but mush prettier)

I guarantee you if things don't go down as he expects them to he will blame Q and Q followers....he's interesting to read but I'd avoid mentioning him on here.

Find a national election anywhere ever that the incumbent increases his vote by ~20% and loses......never happened before and won't happen again. (unless Dominion is rigged up to take someone out again) Trump retained by a lot - a travesty we will never see the actual result.
