I believe this will give Trump the obligation to defend himself and present the evidence of voter fraud to congress and the nation. Hopefully, the senate allows this presentation. If Mitch sets up the rules prior to handing over the majority role to the democrats, it's quite possible this can turn in Trumps favor of all things.
