In 2016 it was impossible. In 2020 they thought they won once and for all. Now after everything, after the assassination, after the lawfare and the lies and the slander, almost a decade after the journey was first set into motion. He's back. Now they can't ignore us. Trump has reshaped the course of human history tonight and I'm proud to have been here 🇺🇸

I heard she left after 17 minutes and looked defeated but does anyone know what actually happened?

She's a 19 year old liberal Penn State swiftie who supports abortion. Perfect Kamala voter right?

We've been talking about politics a lot more these last few months and today she told me she decided to early vote for Trump on a whim. She just saw both names on the ballot and couldn't vote for Kamala after how bad things have been these last 4 years. She's worried about not being able to find a job after college and thinks Trump will turn the economy around. I was surprised cuz she makes fun of "Trumpies" all the time and thought it was funny when he got shot.

Modern education: You sit down and passively accept what the teacher tells you. You're trained to memorize and re-write their words over and over again. If you try to meaningfully interact with the subject matter or analyze it using your own brain, you fail.

Modern entertainment: Media. You're watching other people's lives on social media. Watching other people play sports instead of being active yourself. Worshipping politicians without being involved in your own local community. Hunched over, watching stories on a screen while your own life passes you by. Scrolling TikTok, filling each moment with vapid entertainment that gets forgotten as soon as it passes. Empty moments turn into empty days and years and decades. You look back and can't remember who you even are or why it would even matter.

Modern love: The loneliest generation in history. Birth rates collapsing across the board. People who grew up with the internet spend more time watching other people have sex than doing it themselves, and it's not even close. Staring at a screen, waiting for her to text back. And for what? Are you going to get a wife out of it? Probably not. Dating has become another "market-based form of entertainment" like everything else in this world.

Modern work: No such thing as a vocation. You're told when to wake up, when to clock in, when you're allowed to use the restroom. Under constant surveillance. Your every move is documented and studied so a faceless conglomerate can squeeze every bit of productivity out of you. Meaningless tasks, working all day without building or practically accomplishing anything that benefits real people. Just another cog in a soulless machine. People take this system for granted and being a man is now synonymous with being a slave.

Modern government: Our sacred democracy, where elections are rigged, the media is fake and public opinion is scrupulously managed by interested parties. The government taxes you for literally every interaction with the world. You don't get to own your own property outright under any circumstances. This is compensated with the ability to vote for token opposition that gets ruthlessly bogged down by the intrenched state if they ever try to reform anything. You also have no right to privacy. Every citizen is treated like a suspect even if they've done nothing wrong.

The modern world has become cucked.

I've been a supporter since I was a kid and now I'm finally old enough to vote. It was surreal seeing his name on the ballot. Brought back a lot of memories. Wondering if there are any other first time voters here or if you know any who are voting Trump this time around for any reason!

One of the greatest political events of the century and all anyone will talk about is the stupid jokes that prick made.

I get it, the left is always gonna find an excuse to be outraged. But I'd rather their outrage be directed at Trump's own words instead of the inconsequential banter of a nobody comedian. When Trump says something and gets attacked by the press, it's always to illustrate a point. "They're eating the dogs" made the migrant situation an issue on people's mind for example. What does this accomplish? Why use your biggest event to insult voters who have been gravitating towards you 8 days before the election?

He has a right to say whatever he wants but there's a time and a place. You never try to outshine the one giving you the opportunity to speak.. It's so disrespectful to Trump and the people working their asses off to get him elected.

Can any ladies fill me in on what she's doing to look so creepy? They say Republicans are weird but she looks like a Halloween decoration and she's not even that old.

1: He broke the old GOP consensus on trade and foreign policy, ushering in a political realignment for the ages that finally took the Republican Party out of the Cold War and into the 21st century.

  1. His 2016 humiliation of establishment politicians set the bar higher for realness, intelligence and authenticity. Trump ran so Vance and Vivek could walk into the podcast era, where old school phony politicians would have never earned a voice. This has contributed to younger men turning MAGA.

  2. He injected energy and style into the bland, corporate controlled GOP represented by Bush and Romney. Like the old Commodore Hotel, Trump's hostile takeover of the Republican Party allowed him to transform it into something vibrant and alive, a place people wanted to be again. This put pressure on the corrupt Democratic Party, which was expected to take over by default due to the GOP's prior unviability with growing demographics.

  3. Trump redefined strength with regard to foreign policy. "The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting." Instead of phony tough talk and destructive grandstanding, Trump subdued America's enemies through the art of the deal, something neocons were desperately against from the start. The experience of not being at war for the rest of the world showed Americans how great it is to take care of ourselves first.

  4. Building on the last point, Trump made "America First" part of the American lexicon again. For years, foreign aid went unchecked and unquestioned as our national debt ballooned into a disaster waiting to happen. Trump made people pay attention to where the money was being spent, and that alone is enough to change the conversation for the foreseeable future.

  5. Whether Trump wins or loses the election, he already won the conversation. Democrats in 2024 are running away from woke. No more drag queens at the DNC, much less egregious bending to unpopular interest groups. Kamala Harris is now running on fracking, being tough on crime & the border and driving down inflation. Trump has so successfully set the tone of political discourse that his enemies can only bring up character flaws while impotently trying to out-Trump Trump on policy. That's a position you want to be in.

  6. Trump's brand has finally given the GOP a way of appealing to minorities and low propensity voters without shameless pandering. His message has brought Americans from different walks of life together in defense of a common purpose, a far cry from the extremely fake and out of touch ways Republicans used to try to reach minority voters.

  7. Trump's open-mindedness has created a political environment that allows new and interesting ideas to shine like never before. From banning seed oils to colonizing Mars, his inner circle is filled with quirky, brilliant personalities who each bring something special to the table. Trump has become the voice and outlet for anyone who feels stifled and held back by the gray political establishment.

  8. Through his changes to the conversation, Trump has brought generations together politically in a way that never seemed possible. Old retired people, gen-x moms, black crypto bros, middle class business owners and terminally online young men are all voting for Trump this time around. He managed to bridge a huge gap between people of all stages of life with a message that appeals to frustrated outsiders of all stripes.

  9. By just offering a viable alternative, Trump taught us just how much we disliked life under the system that prevails today, and how much better it could be. He made it possible to question key assumptions and honestly evaluate our situation free from the influence of our powerful institutions. As soon as we were allowed to think and question the status quo, the status quo fell apart and nearly every old consensus was shattered in short order.

  10. Building on the latter point, Trump's ascendence has exposed just how corrupt, gamed, and stratified our regime really is at every level. From the media to the military and national security apparatus to Hollywood and the donor class, academia, Congress, school boards, local party leadership, big tech, big pharma, and the biggest corporations. Trump tore the wool over our eyes and exposed the profound institutional rot "our democracy" has been suffering from for ages. Their legitimacy will never recover without a serious reckoning followed by honest reform.

  11. Trump has given the people something to believe in again. For far too long we've been expected to hold our nose for the lesser of two evils. For the first time in a very long time, people have a leader and a message they can truly believe in and get excited for without having to sacrifice what they really want. Trump actually understands the will of the people. He doesn't try to tell you what you aught to want.

Earlier this year a lot of normie girls I know were really excited about Harris. They didn't particularly like Biden so they were energized by the change in pace and shift in the overall "vibe" of the campaign. It felt like the DNC was finally trying to do something cool and popular.

Now they're pretty much done with this campaign. They still don't like Trump but they don't like Harris either. They say she's fake, cocky, annoying and pandering to Republicans. The Dick Cheney thing really turned a lot of people off, that and her changing her position on so many issues. The "vibe" is now that she's Hillary 2.0 and no one is excited for it.
