2001 was the dot.com bubble, 2008 was the housing bubble, now we are in the everything bubble. Anything could pop it. Since there are so many bubbles going on at the same time, we are probably going to see the collapse of the US dollar in terms of gold and commodities, which would effectively pop all the bubbles at the same time.
Police? There is nothing to investigate, just fire them all.
