Restructure it with the caveat that in order for public schools to receive ANY funding the teachers MUST be re-educated to eliminate ANY AND ALL of their personal views on ANY subject.
Most importantly... the schools MUST hire an equal number of Conservative teachers as Liberal teachers.
How you say?....every applicant's social media posts need to be reviewed by the hiring school.
