The scale is entirely based on a group's likelihood of voting Democrat. Black folks and gay folks...high likelihood of voting therefore the racist worship. If Democrats gave a hoot about racial parity they'd be calling for reparations for the Japanese-Americans interned into camps during WWII, but they don't because they don't show up to the polls and vote 90+% democrat
