Some people are prone to them, some are not.

I can personally attest to using colloidal silver for ear infections. When I was a child, I had tubes in both ears, so my eardrums are very sensitive to rupture. Scuba diving didn't help and the membranes would tear as I got older while diving.

I tried colloidal silver once instead of going to the doctor to get otic antibiotics. It worked in a day or so- a few drops in the offending ear and pack with cotton, then went to bed. I followed the same protocol as if I was taking antibiotics and dosed again in the morning before work, for the next couple of days if I felt like I needed it or not..

It works, I have had to use colloidal silver a few times in the past few years. I wish I would have known that when I was a child.
