DuckDuckGo's CIA connection is this guy right here. DuckDuckGo was founded with funds from In-Q-Tel, the CIA's high tech investment firm. The former CIA/In-Q-Tel executive in the link, who was the one who secured the CIA funds to start DuckDuckGo, is currently on the board of directors at DuckDuckGo and is the one who pulls the strings for the CIA over there.
