Well I live outside USA and now it seems BLM protests are weak . MSM doesn't talk about it anymore like it did in the past. Look likes they handled the situation and calmed down them. It WORKED! BLM is of course a fake movement (maybe Soros? only to cause chaos), so those infiltrated just neutralize them...
Riight before that he just said NATO is using their tech to acknowledge the south of Russia territory.. and they(NATO) are discussing to use nuclear bombs in Russia territory. So I think you missed that part on purpose....... He just said he will protect Russia and he has such weapons as well.
