Well the entire motorcade left with the group that got in coming out of the white house. Didn't see Joe but people have been saying that the building the troops are on is a mini jail. Maybe Joe out there in cell which is why the ambulance leaves directly from their. It was also pointed out to me that the families body language did not look like they received news that Joe was having a med emergency
