It's not doxing. He published it on the official Tesla Takedown page and linked in. No contact information, addresses, etc... are listed. He published his full name, photo, and location on his own for everyone in the world to see in association with the protest.

Adam Burris is the organizer of the Tesla Takedown event at the Tesla Market Street-The Woodlands location.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's office informed him that the entirety of Market Street is considered private property and that the owners of the shopping district will have them removed as quickly as possible. As a result they had to move the protest.
