Another problem with it is that if we have the freedom to choose one decision over another, then so does everyone else, i.e. checking future states of a large, complex system based on a single decision using this supposed tech would either be impossible because those future states are based on millions of other contingent decisions, or its useless because it merely attempts to predict what those millions of decisions will be (which is impossible to do accurately).
Another problem is that dude Bill brockbrader is a convicted pedophile who admits to fucking his teenage sister-in-law (was convicted of molesting her when she was 12). He's also falsely claimed to be a navy seal, which was thoroughly debunked by Don Shipley.
Another problem is even if the pedo stuff were not true, his story doesn't make any sense. He was a fire controlman in the navy supposedly given access to secret alien tech that allows us to see the future. He's a C class bullshit artist who cooked up this dumb story in a prison cell.
