First timer, tried with $200, Charged $7 miner's fee and failed with error 'Too little received'

Edit - worked after increasing the slippage tolerance to 15% with a slightly better price on V2. Charged $11 miners fee.

I'm checking out all the comments in the article above, whatever it is, it sounds bad.
