I recall some group (or person) creating a map of all counties in America which rates them by fraud potential. Texas, as an example, had maybe 5 counties with rampant fraud based on their estimates. Does anyone have the name of the group/person who created it or any information which could lead me to finding it?

Someone had linked to Wooz News's video "Everything Wrong With The Capitol Shooting In 21 Minutes Or Less". For those that haven't seen it, I recommend watching it - its both informative and entertaining. Does anyone have something similar for Sandy Hook? I'm looking for something no greater than 30 minutes as it's difficult to share something of a longer length with people who are generally uninterested in the topic by itself.
