My understand is,
A. 45 days from election to advise that there appears to be fraud.
B. 45 days from that advice date to submit a report. (Which has been done earlier than the 45 days.
C. Intelligence Deparment heads to submit any additional evidence of fraud, which can then be added to the report
D. Report delivered in full.
E. Action taken with no time frame noted.
Also, the framework for dealing with the fraud has already been created, as it has to be developed within 30 days of the executive order being put in place. No requirement to publicly disclose the framework
