I was thinking about Nikki Haley jumping in the 2024 race and had this thought: seems like the pundit concensus is the more candidates that crowd the field, the better Trump's chances are because they will dilute the the vote, and we all know Trump's base is solid. Maybe Nikki is in it for the dilute factor to help Trump overcome a potential DeSantis challenge. Same for a run by Pompeo, and even Pence. I'm still on the fence about Pence being a white hat/black hat. I actually still think he's on our side.

So, if the truckers are successful (Please Lord, let it be so!) and the current political class sees the writing on the wall...that they have squaundered the consent of the governed, and resign in mass (even, especially the weak-kneed conservatives), who will run the government? Could a political vacuum allow even worse folks to come in?

I am getting ready to go to a doctors appt next week, and i was looking at lab results through my patient portal app. Of course, my vaccinations are all listed, and it occurred to me that since implementing Electronic Health Records under Obama in the ACA, our vaccination information is out there, whether we choose to share it or not.

I am a relative newcomer to this site and have virtually no tech knowledge, which is why I love being able to experience the energy and thrill of your investigative prowess...so my question is, I have a Samsung S21 phone and periodically get messages for permission to update. In the past I would not even consider it and allow the updates...now i am just conspiratirial enough, as a result of all I have taken in since 11.3.20, to be a smidge distrustful of what a corporation has the power to do to, under the cover of "scheduled updates". I realize updates are warrented, but is it possible for them to sabotage or otherwise reprogram my phone for nefarious purposes?

Friend at church works for Defense contractor and has till 12/6 to be "fully vaccinated". Company is requiring personnel to upload an image of their vax record. Entire family actually had Covid 2 wks ago. I told him he should upload an image of his positive Covid test.
