You are more correct than you may know.
Next time I'll use "Ladies and Gentlemen." :-) My apologies.
If that's a question for me, then my answer is:
(1) limiting permissions will definitely help your state of affairs.
(2) I am now referring to knowledge that is a few years old: when I was examining the logs of an Android device, I saw what appeared to my eyes to be a "whitelist" of about a dozen or so apps. Android will not shutdown services launched by these apps. This means that services launched by these apps evade the 4 or 5 day background execution limit. They collect data forever. I don't recall all the apps on the whitelist right now. Facebook and Twitter were definitely on the list.
If you are interested in exploring the whitelist, the first step is installing the Android Developer's Bridge on your computer, which will let you connect your phone to your computer and send it certain commands, including commands to stream the phone's logs to your computer. From there, you can store the logs and examine them. I can help you with that, if you're interested.
To clear things up, PepeSee is correct. I just meant that they are very similar.
Thank you, good sir.
To be clear, I have no "inside" knowledge. I'm just a guy putting together pieces, like everyone else.
That said, I think disclosure of Amazon's role in all of this comes next. That's where I think this leads. But my foundation for that is nothing more than what I've shared with all of you. I'm not some sort of insider in all of this. I'm just a guy who reads a lot, thinks logically, and connects dots.
BTW - it's fine to doubt. I'm just a guy putting together pieces. Just like everyone else. I don't have any "inside" knowledge.
The locational framework available to SDK developers on iOS devices only (1) grabs approximate location, and (2) only about every 30-ish minutes, when the app in which the SDK is embedded is not actively executing. So, in general, looking across a fleet of iOS devices: (a) there'd be iOS devices that simply did not have a particular app installed that, in turn, had an SDK embedded within it that obtained geo-data; and (b) with regard to devices that did have such an app installed, most of the time that app would not be actively executing, which means that the locational information would only be approximate and occasional (every 30-ish minutes) during such periods.
Android devices work totally differently. The developer of an SDK can get locational information off of an Android phone from an app that is not executing. And it can do so continually and accurately. But, the Android operating system will shut down that background capability after about 4 or 5 days. So after that period expires, all of the information flow stops.
I'm somewhat glossing over some details, but that's the big picture.
The project is dead, so I probably COULD do that... But I'd rather not, as I don't want to risk attracting attention. If the "wrong" person saw this, that person would definitely know who I am. I hope you understand.
If you guys look up my other substantive post from yesterday, you'll see that I think this will lead back to Jeff Bezos. Specifically, I think the "upstream" exploration will lead to Amazon distribution facilities.
-Bezos HATES Trump. They clashed constantly during Trump's tenure.
-Amazon has the infrastructure to move all the ballots without requiring the need to evade all of the security apparatuses of the USPS.
-The payola was some combination of the under-charged fees in Amazon's deal with the USPS and the DC Amazon headquarters deal.
-Now Bezos resigns July 5. Just now he resigns, after being its CEO since launch? I smell a rat.
I wasn't sure anyone could find this... Did you have to search?
When I perform a search using the search term "Bezos" it is the first result. But I don't see it listed under "New" or any other category. If for some reason a post of mine can't be seen by the masses, please go ahead and post it under your name.
I'll wait a few minutes, and then try again. Don't want to double post.
OK... I posted it.
I'll post, if someone will sticky.
I'm a new poster... can I do that?
Gentlemen,
Fully aware that this is but my second post, PLEASE indulge me.
I think I've figured out the BIG NEWS to be divulged at "The Pit."
If my deductive reasoning is correct, then Jeff Bezos is the traitor. Stay with me.
(1) True the Vote would not have limited their inquiry to examining how the ballots got from the non-profits to the ballot boxes. They would have also looked to see how the ballots got to the non-profits. So they'd look "upstream."
(2) And what did they find when they looked upstream? Amazon distribution centers. I'll bet that's what.
(3) It's no secret that Bezos HATED Trump. They clashed over the USPS contract, the cloud hosting contract, China, everything. Bezos bought the Washington Post to have a media outlet to bash Trump, for God's sake. So he had a motive. (I'll not mention the "dick pics" which were in all likelihood an intelligence operation.)
(4) The conspirators would have operated through independent third party operators where they could. Amazon could move the ballots around the globe with essentially complete control over the entire operation - no pesky government bureaucrats to evade, etc.
(5) Gregg said the big reveal involved a multinational and billions of dollars. Amazon is multinational, and billions could move through it without the blink of an eye.
(6) Bezos resigned as CEO on July 5. Interesting timing.
I have no inside knowledge and do not KNOW this to be true. BUT IT'S BEZOS.
I have no connection to Gregg Phillips - but I wish I did! He is an admirable man.
That said, I need to think about what you've written. I see a few possible angles there...
Thank you for the thoughtful reply.
