Now that the CDC (f those guys) came out and essentially revoked the PCR test saying it no longer is under EUA, do I have the right to refuse a PCR test? The hospital I am giving birth at told me I'd have to get a PCR test upon admission to labor and delivery, but I actually don't think I have to...

Let me know your thoughts! Thank you all.

I am active duty military. I submitted my request for a religious exemption at the end of September. I got an email last week stating that I have a meeting with my commander (a Lt Col) this week. I'm almost positive my request got denied. Otherwise there would be no meeting to have.

A friend of mine is in the reserves and they got an email last week just outright stating that their request was denied and had 72 hours to appeal it. Of course they are appealing it, and I plan to do the same.

This week I should have more information and a better idea of how many requests were approved and denied. I bet 0 were approved. Fuck this shit.

Just entered my third trimester. I have not gotten the poke and will never ever get the poke. At my last OB appointment, my midwife recommended I get the RhoGAM shot at my next appointment because of my blood type. I am extremely hesistant to have that midwife inject ANYTHING into my body. I do not trust her or the facility where I'm getting seen at. I bet they would "accidentally" give me the covid shot. I read that RhoGAM has donated plasma in it. I am afraid the donor got the poke and somehow I will be negatively affected because of it. There are so many unknowns.

Have any of you women gotten the RhoGAM shot before? Did you experience any negative side effects, short or long term? I've read of a possible link to autoimmune diseases after getting it.

I will probably do a home birth. Screw hospitals.

I am a low-ranking officer in one of the branches of our military. I won't say what rank I am or what branch I'm in, but do know that I'm being truthful in everything I say here.

I have not gotten the jab, nor will I ever get the jab. I've been told that service members "may" be subject to a dishonorable discharge if they refuse to get the jab. I've seen news stories about this, as well as heard stories from friends who know others who are being put in the same situation. However, I do not personally know anyone with a pending dishonorable discharge.

There are still many unknowns when it comes to active duty service commitments that haven't been fulfilled, enlistment obligations that haven't been fulfilled, post-service academy commitments, etc. All of this is of course completely unprecedented.

I've gotten many documents in my inbox lately about covid and the vaccine mandate that service members are facing. Among them was a document containing about 70 covid-related FAQs from service members. Basically the answers were all "screw your concerns, quit asking questions, this is for "health and readiness", shut up and take the jab, etc." The question and answer that stood out to me the most was--and I'm paraphrasing a bit here-- "I'm concerned for my health because of unknown long term side effects of the vaccine. Can I get a waiver or exemption until I feel more comfortable about taking it?" The answer to that question was "No, you still have to take it even though you have many doubts about your long-term health and safety."

We're constantly told that covid is spreading like wildfire, hospitals are overwhelmed, we need a "fit to fight" force, etc. I know it's all bullcrap, and I know most of you here know that it's bullcrap too, so I won't beat that dead horse.

I got an email this week that said that the DoD does not currently have any Comirnaty vaccines (the ACTUAL FDA-approved vaccine). The email said that although we can't yet get the Cormirnaty shot, we can still get any of the EUA vaccines to satisfy the mandatory vaccination requirement.

...but wait. You can't MANDATE an EUA drug, right? If you can't mandate an experimental drug, but it's only the experimental drug that's available, then I would assume the mandate is completely invalid, void, illegitimate, whatever.

If you read:

U.S. Code Title 10-->Subtitle A-->Part II-->Chapter 55-->1107a--Emergency Use Products

you'll read that the president can waive the option of service members to accept or refuse administration of an emergency use product "ONLY IF the president determines, in writing, that complying with such requirement is not in the interests of national security."

I sure haven't seen anything in writing from biden regarding my option to choose to take this drug being waived.

I DID NOT join the military to be a part of this bait and switch, deceptive, dishonest GAME that's being played. It's bullshit and I will never stand for it.
